Eating foods high in fiber (the fiber content is higher than the fat content) helps to regulate your system. Also, make sure to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. This will ensure you get the vitamins your body needs. Eating 5-6 times a day helps to speed up your metabolism. Make sure you have breakfeast, lunch, and dinner. Plan ahead if you are on the go, choose healthy foods for snacks in between meals. Drink plenty of water! Aim for 8 - 8 oz. glasses a day (4 Gallons). Happy healthy eating!
